Ingredients
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
Cream butter, shortening & peanut butter. Add sugar, brown sugar & egg. Cream together. Add remaining ingredients. Mix until well blended. Roll dough into balls the size of walnuts. Place on greased cookie sheet. Flatten (criss cross) with a fork dipped in sugar. Bake 7-9 minutes at 375 degrees.
