Ingredients
4-6 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 package dry onion soup mix
8 oz apricot preserves
8 oz bottle Russian dressing
Directions
Place chicken in a baking dish. Mix soup mix, preserves & dressing. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve with steamed, white rice. The sauce is delicious when spooned over rice.

This is one of the McBee family favorites. In fact, Jason has taken it to work for "dinner" and got his co-workers loving it. We have passed the recipe on to several others. It is YUMMY and so simple.
