Due to my dietary restrictions & changes over the last year, I have been converting as much as possible in our house to whole wheat products (especially those that have higher fiber counts). We started with the breads then went to the pastas & noodles. There are so many great tasting things out there now & my kids haven't minded the change (I just don't tell them- LOL). Today I discovered whole wheat pancake/waffle mix. They were delicious & have 3 grams of fiber per serving.
