My friend, Jennifer, makes these cookies & just love them. A lot of people around here call them school cafeteria cookies. We never had these at my school.
Ingredients
5-6 c Corn Flakes
1 1/3 c Peter Pan peanut butter
1 c light corn syrup
1 c sugar
Directions
Mix sugar & syrup in a large pan. Heat until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter. Stir until melted. Add corn flakes & stir until well coated. Drop by spoonfuls onto aluminum foil. Allow to cool before removing.
