Ingredients
Crust
1 c chopped nuts
1 c flour
1 stick butter, melted
1st Layer
8 oz cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
1/2 of a large cool whip
2nd Layer
2 small boxes instant chocolate pudding
3 c milk
3rd Layer
1/2 of a large cool whip
Chopped nuts
Directions
Crust: Mix ingredients & press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool.
1st Layer: Mix cream cheese & powdered sugar. Fold in cool whip & spread over cooled crust.0
2nd Layer: Mix pudding with milk & spread over the 1st layer.
3rd Layer: Spread remaining cool whip over pudding layer & garnish with nuts.

This was a big hit with the hubby! We used finely chopped walnuts and doubled the crust recipe... Yumm-o!
