Ingredients
1# thin spaghetti
1 c milk
2 eggs
1 large jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 c thin sliced pepperoni *
2 c mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13 baking pan. Cook & drain spaghetti. Add milk & eggs. Mix well. Add pasta sauce & pepperoni. Mix well. Put mixture into baking pan. Bake covered for 30 minutes. Uncover. Add mozzarella cheese to the top & bake until cheese bubbles. Let rest 5-10 minutes. Cut into squares.
*Note from Michelle: Sometimes she splits the mixture into two pie pans. She puts one in the oven & the other into the freezer for dinner another night. She serves with extra sauce & sometimes substitutes chicken for the pepperoni.
