My new favorite kitchen gadget is a cutting mat, but not just one mat....four colorful mats. These were purchased in a pack of four at my local Publix. I am in love with these. They are small, flexible and easy to clean. I love having so many mats to use when I prepare a meal. I don't have to worry about cleaning a cutting board in between cutting and dicing all of my ingredients.
